Long-term childcare needed for 2 children in Dublin area

We are looking for a reliable and nurturing caregiver for our two kids, aged 4 and 7, for ongoing, long-term support. The role would involve after-school pickups, light meal prep, homework help, and indoor/outdoor play. We value someone who is patient, energetic, and fluent in English; basic Irish is a bonus. Ideally, the candidate will have safeguarding training and previous experience with children. Flexible schedule preferred but we need regular hours from Monday to Friday with occasional weekend coverage. Primary location is our home in Dublin, with occasional transport to local activities.
