Vila Blanchardstown - Store Manager, Dublin

Bestseller Retail Ireland Limited are currently seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our team in ourstore in Vila Blanchardstown. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to manage our store and be responsible for achieving the sales targets of the team. This position will require the successful candidate to be flexible for week & weekend work

Role: Retail Store Manager
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient performanceDrive sales performance by achieving and exceeding agreed sales and KPI targetsLead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver strong commercial resultsDeliver an exceptional customer experience at all timesManage, coach, and develop the team to maximise individual and store performanceEnsure effective stock control and inventory managementSupport and execute in-store marketing, promotions, and overall store developmentFoster a positive and inclusive environment for customers, colleagues, and suppliersMaintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeepingEnsure full compliance with company policies and all legal requirements relating to health, safety, hygiene, and securityDemonstrate flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Proven retail management experience (fashion retail experience is desirable)Strong organisational skills with the ability to set clear priorities and goalsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to lead by exampleStrong numerical and analytical ability with a commercial mindsetDemonstrated leadership and people management capabilityBasic digital and AI literacy, with the ability to use technology to support store operations, reporting, and team efficiencyFlexibility to work across weekdays and weekends
