Bruxelles Bar, one of Dublin’s best-known and busiest late-night venues, is looking for an experienced Senior Day-Time Bar Tender to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and professional bar tender who enjoys working in a fast-paced city-centre bar, delivering great service, and being part of a strong hospitality team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous bar experience in a busy pub or bar.
• Strong knowledge of beers, spirits, cocktails, and general bar service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve drinks to a consistently high standard.
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
• Maintain excellent bar presentation, cleanliness, and stock standards.
• Work well as part of a busy team.
• Follow all licensing, health and safety, and company procedures.
• Support smooth service during peak trading hours.
