Quantity Surveyors - All Levels, Dublin

A leading Tier One contractor in the Greater Dublin region is recruiting for Quantity Surveyors at all levels. Key Responsibilities Assist in the procurement of specialist subcontractors and provide appointment recommendations to the Project Director. Support the preparation and administration of subcontract agreements. Review, assess, negotiate, and agree subcontract interim valuations and final accounts. Monitor evolving design information and advise the project team of any commercial implications in a timely manner. Identify and communicate value engineering opportunities to maximise project value. Prepare and submit monthly valuations to the Employer's Representative and negotiate agreement where required. Contribute to monthly commercial reporting, including cost-to-value reconciliations, turnover reporting, preliminaries analysis, and project outcome forecasting. Play an active role in preparing and agreeing project final accounts with clients. Provide commercial and contractual support to the Project Director as required. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the wider project team. Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will possess: A Level 8 degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. A minimum of three years' experience in a similar Quantity Surveying role. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and explain reports clearly and accurately. Demonstrated experience managing relationships with both clients and subcontractors. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. A sound understanding of current construction contracts and industry-standard forms of agreement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications The ability to work effectively under pressure, independently, and as part of a collaborative team. A motivated, ambitious, and career-focused attitude with a desire to progress to Senior Quantity Surveyor level.
