Responsibilities Monitor and track public policy and regulatory developments impacting the investment funds and asset management industry at domestic, EU, and international levels. Conduct research on legislative and regulatory changes, providing updates to internal teams and industry members. Lead advocacy engagements with regulatory bodies and public officials, representing industry positions on key issues. Manage working group structures to gather feedback, develop industry positions, and draft advocacy documents such as white papers and consultation responses. Communicate critical updates to members, ensuring they are informed of regulatory changes and obligations. The candidate: Minimum of 7 years experience within the asset management and investment funds industry. Strong understanding of the current legislative, regulatory, and compliance environment in financial services. Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage diplomatically with senior stakeholders. Proven project management and workflow skills, with high attention to detail and organisation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and persuasive advocacy documents.
