Week 1: 3 12.5-hour day shifts (6:00am - 6:30pm) Week 3: 2 12.5-hour day shifts (6:00am - 6:30pm)

About the Role We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our growing team in Gort. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in a dynamic, high-performing manufacturing environment supporting innovative healthcare technology.

In this role, you will be involved in a range of production activities, helping to convert raw materials into finished products to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out general manufacturing and production tasks

Assemble components and finished products

Operate and set up machinery and production equipment

Perform surface finishing processes (washing, coating, polishing, etc.)

Complete basic machine adjustments and maintenance activitiesFollow standard operating procedures and quality requirements

Accurately record production data and communicate effectively with team members

Contribute to a safe, collaborative, and continuous improvement culture

What We're Looking For

Minimum 6 months' experience in CNC, automated machinery, or a similar production environment

Ability to carry out basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments

Leaving Certificate or equivalent

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands on environment

Good level of computer literacy (MS Office)

Strong attention to detail and team-focused mindset

Ability to lift/move up to 25lbs (approx. 11kg)
