Our client is a medium sized Residential Developer who have successfully delivered projects across the Leinster. They are looking to make a key hire to their senior management team with interviews taking place in early June. Six live projects ranging from 80 units up to 300 units with a substantial land bank to be developed.The successful candidate will need to have experience managing a team of surveyors across multiple projects. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 15 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with at least 5 years in a senior role. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
