As a 360 Billing Consultant, you will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle– from business development through to placement and account management. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-performance, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and grow a profitable healthcare recruitment desk Generate new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships Manage the full recruitment cycle (360), including: Candidate sourcing and screening Interview coordination Offer negotiation and placement Work with a range of healthcare clients (e.g., hospitals, clinics, care providers)Maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates Achieve and exceed billing and performance targets About You:

Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (healthcare sector preferred) Strong track record of billing and business development success Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment What’s on Offer:
