Homesavers is recruiting for Store Manager for our team in Dublin. Lead, motivate, and support the store team by setting clear expectations. Recruit, train, and develop team members. Manage roster, attendance, and payroll processes efficiently. Deliver excellent customer service at all times while maintaining store standards and safety.Monitor stock levels and communicate order placement requirements. Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness. Drive performance and achieve store targets. Monitor performance and take action to improve results. Manage daily operations including opening/closing of store and cash handling.Oversee stock control, deliveries, and stockroom organisation. Ensure company procedures and policies are followed. Conduct regular checks on pricing, inventory, stock accuracy, and loss prevention. Maintain a safe and secure store environment. Communicate effectively with head office and higher management.Skills Required

Strong leadership and people skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Communicates clearly and confidently with team members and management. Manages time, tasks, and store operations in an organised and reliable way. Ability to drive sales and meet store targets. Skills Not Mandatory (Nice to Have)
