Team/Role Overview

The Client Executive is responsible for owning, developing and growing our key Financial Institution client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, driving measurable revenue growth and efficient client profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and coordinate new cross‑sell opportunities within own portfolio.

Drive revenue realisation on deals in partnership with Solution Sales.

Develop and maintain industry knowledge; familiarity with transaction services such as cash management, trade finance and securities services.

Build relationships and serve as client advocate across TTS FI Solution Sales Specialists, Operations and Client Delivery.

Track all pending deals, ensuring seamless, efficient delivery and governance.

Prepare and deliver relationship reviews in collaboration with Global/Regional Solution Sales Specialists.

Screen and coordinate timely responses to client enquiries and maintain monitoring and governance of issues.

Build an internal network to advocate for clients.

Provide client communication on product migrations, regulatory changes and key initiatives.

Coordinate TTS Relationship Reviews and call briefing memos.

Conduct monthly revenue analytics review and forecasting.

Lead rebids and RFP activities.

Voice of Client– manage satisfaction, VOC process and action plans.

Own customer issues including pricing and billing and drive remediation.

Ensure compliance with credit, risk and Sales processes.

What we’ll need from you

At least 3 years of proven client‑facing experience (customer service, client delivery, sales, operations or credit administration).

Exceptionally strong track record of client engagement, problem‑solving and relationship management.

Results‑oriented, self‑starter who is a collaborative team‑player.

Proven cross‑selling skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence handling senior‑level client discussions.

Ability to multi‑task and reassess priorities in line with business demands.

Senior Vice President, Truata– Privacy‑Enhancing Technology Team/Role Overview

Lead a Dublin‑based organisation of technologists responsible for designing, building and operating cloud‑based platforms that enable privacy‑enhancing technologies (PETs) at enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities

Own technical vision, architecture and roadmap for PET platforms.

Strategy for building and running internal and external PET products in partnership with data and product teams.

Deliver anonymisation services through data trust models.

Build and operate data clean rooms in a cloud environment.

Implement policy‑driven data access controls enforcing legal and contractual restrictions.

Ensure platforms are secure, scalable, highly available and auditable.

Lead cloud‑native infrastructure design including compute, storage, networking, identity and security controls.

Oversee data engineering initiatives: ingestion, transformation, anonymisation and controlled analytics.

Preferred Experience

A senior individual‑contributor supporting Citi’s Digital Assets strategy, responsible for independent analysis and audit of Digital Asset initiatives and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Second‑Line approval authority for Digital Asset use cases firm‑wide.

Implement strategic vision for Digital Asset risk management, aligning with Citi’s risk appetite.

Challenge existing processes and re‑engineer workflows for efficiency.

Provide independent analysis and recommendations on Digital Asset initiatives.

Maintain expertise in market integrity, liquidity risk, operational resilience, smart contracts, custody solutions, AML, CFT, sanctions compliance, and consumer protection.

Conduct thematic reviews to identify emerging risk trends.

Define, monitor and report KPIs/ KRIs for Digital Asset initiatives.

What we’ll need from you

3‑5 years of experience in large, complex financial institutions or consultancy in Digital Asset roles.

Expertise in risk controls for digital asset vulnerabilities and DeFi protocol risks.

Experience with on‑chain data monitoring, governance and limit setting for crypto‑asset exposures.

Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to influence across a matrixed organization.

Proven track record delivering AI/ML risk initiatives or similar high‑impact projects.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
