EMEA Account Lead, Dublin

Having an operational awareness and understanding of the JLL delivery and customer needs in each of the client facilities supported by JLL Integrated Facilities Management. Supporting the portfolio strategy in region with active management of critical dates per asset Supporting and actively contributing to the strategy per asset/country in collaboration with the global portfolio leadSupporting the JLL Account Director to drive EMEA wide initiatives in terms of Engineering Service Delivery, Compliance Management, Asset Management, Energy and Sustainability, Client First Interface and delivery of the Annual Account Plan. Supporting the delivery of FM operations across the portfolio in terms of contract delivery, health and safety, engineering services, legislative compliance, contractor management, promoting sustainability, adding value and driving innovationPromoting high level of satisfaction among client users and reinforcing prompt response and customer service focused delivery Demonstrating leadership, giving direction and mentoring the JLL teams across the portfolio to promote engagement, customer service excellence and aligned delivery across all service linesProviding support to JLL FM’s with Building Management Systems, PPM Schedules, Task System, EHS and Quality Compliance Ensuring statutory and local regulatory pharmaceutical compliance relating to all aspects of service delivery at all facilities in region Acting as go-to person in relation to coordination of all facilities, project and crisis management activities ensuring timely solutions and identification and removal of potential roadblocksEnsure all contractual deliverables are actioned within agreed timeframes/KPI/SLA’s and report to Account Director. The ability to understand and offer guidance to local FM’s in terms of soft and hard services and technical repairs, and provide guidance to FM’s in terms of managing local vendorsSupporting Sustainability goals across all facilities working closely with JLL Sustainability leaders and providing the client the right planning and overview on all initiatives across the region Communicating in an open, honest, transparent manner at all times with the ability to tailor the message to specific audience and their needsHire, attract and retain a team of top talented employees; improve team performance through regular coaching and feedback; provide recognition Assist the client with the development of the property budgets and forecasts in accordance with the financial timetable.Participate in monthly Governance and QBR.
