Description
A HR Systems Support Specialist is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our global life sciences client based in Ireland. The position is a 6‑month contract initially supporting the rollout of a new WFM IT system across Europe. It is home‑office based in Ireland with some travel to Irish and European offices. Fluency in English and German or French is required.Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day system maintenance including providing support to business to ensure system compliance. Respond to customer inquiries ensuring a high level of satisfaction and support. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business requirements. Troubleshoot system issues promptly to minimize downtime, escalating to higher‑level support when necessary.Generate and analyse reports to provide insights into workforce trends, enabling informed decision‑making. Provide ongoing training for end‑users to ensure proficient utilisation of the Workforce Management System. Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, BIS or related field (preferred). HRIS support experience or solid HR knowledge. Fluency in English and German or French.
