About the Role The Product team shapes the experiences that power Revolut, turning complex problems into simple, scalable solutions. We are looking for a Product Owner who will own the product roadmap, day‑to‑day operations, project execution, and risk mitigation. From conception to launch and beyond, you will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and senior management to drive impactful features.
What You’ll Be Doing
Setting the team’s goals, success metrics, and roadmap in line with company strategy
Driving impact based on data, market research, and customer insight
Owning products from ideation through development, launch, growth, and maintenance
Partnering with Engineering on technical approach, requirements, and delivery
Collaborating with Design and UX to define the customer journey and ship experiences customers love
Liaising with stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, Financial Crime, and Strategy
What You’ll Need
2+ years of experience at a high‑growth tech company or in banking/finance (acquiring, payments, investments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.)
1+ year of people‑management experience
Solid analytical acumen and business sense that guides ROI‑based prioritisation
A track record of formulating product vision and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Experience launching products from scratch
A bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and an entrepreneurial drive to never settle
Technical Track (additionally)
2+ years working on technical products (platforms, distributed systems, data science, etc.)
High technical acumen and the ability to hold your own in deep technical discussions with engineers
UX Track (additionally)
2+ years leading consumer‑facing mobile products
A strong eye for UX/UI and solid understanding of design best practices
Nice to Have
A bachelor’s degree from a top university
