HR Operations Specialist South Dublin | Hybrid Working | 12 month FTC A large, well-established organisation is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join its People team. This role will suit a highly organised HR professional with strong operational HR experience, particularly across contract management, employee lifecycle administration and HR compliance. Working as part of a collaborative HR Operations team, you will play a key role in delivering efficient, accurate and compliant HR services while supporting managers and employees throughout the employment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage a broad range of HR Operations activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding. Prepare, issue and administer a variety of employment contracts, including fixed-term, fixed-purpose, permanent and casual contracts. Support contract renewals, extensions, amendments and end-of-contract processes while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. Coordinate offboarding activities including resignations, retirements and contract completions. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems. Act as a key point of contact for managers, employees and HR colleagues on HR Operations queries. Ensure all HR documentation, processes and actions comply with relevant legislation, policies and best practice. Support payroll-related administration, remuneration changes and employee benefits processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of HR systems and workflows. Provide subject matter expertise on HR Operations processes and support training and knowledge sharing across the team. Assist with HR projects, reporting, research and continuous improvement initiatives. About You Proven experience in a HR Operations, HR Administration or HR Generalist role. Strong experience managing employment contracts and employee lifecycle processes. Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice. Experience supporting onboarding, employee changes and offboarding activities. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of work accurately. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. Strong systems experience, ideally including HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
