Our Clients in public health are seeking compassionate and motivated
Professionally Qualified Social Workers (PQSWs)
to join multidisciplinary hospital teams across a range of acute and community-linked services.
This is an excellent opportunity to support patients and families through assessment, discharge planning, safeguarding, crisis intervention, and coordination of care within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide psychosocial assessments and interventions
Support patients and families during admission and discharge planning
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Participate in safeguarding and protection procedures
Maintain accurate records and professional standards
Requirements
Degree or Masters in Social Work
CORU registration or eligibility for registration
Experience in healthcare, hospital, or public sector settings desirable
Strong communication, teamwork, and case management skills
