My client in the healthcare sector is looking to recruit a Senior Finance Officer for their facility in Naas, Co. Kildare.
This will be an initial 3-6 month contract and will be reviewed for further extensions.
35 hours per week with 1-2 days work from home.
Key duties&responsibilities
Recording of employees hours
Staff timesheets submittals
Submit to payroll dept for processing
Statistical reporting
Monitoring spends/budgets
SAP data entry
Liaise with Finance/HR dept.
Supervision of up to 5 staff members
What are we looking for?
Part-Qualified Accountant qualification– preferable
Experience working in a senior finance position– essential
Proficiency with Irish Revenue regulations
Experience of costing, budgeting systems, preparation of monthly management accounts
People management
Proficient with MS Excel&SAP or other accounting systems
