Title: Financial Accountant Role: Permanent Function: Finance Reporting to: Finance Manager Location: Dublin Client Our client is looking to add a permanent Financial Accountant. They are a leading Technology company with operations globally and have their European finance function based in Dublin. Within this role you will be working closely with the Finance Manager and a dynamic finance function, they will provide broad financial reporting exposure. Responsibilities and Tasks External and internal financial reporting Preparation of monthly, quarterly or annual local GAAP journal entries Assist with the preparation of tax reporting Responsible for the preparation of financial statements Preparation of account reconciliations Responsible for the management of niche accounting areas Qualifications and Experience Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) Bachelor's degree in business or finance&accounting discipline Advanced knowledge of Excel Excellent communication skills Personal Profile This role will suit a qualified accountant with experience, or a practice trained accountant interested in making their first move into industry from a Big 4 or Top 20 accountancy firm.
