Senior Site Manager - Developer - Dublin South Permanent Position Our client, a well established residential Developer, are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a mainly high density residential project in South Dublin. They require a strong Site Manager with good all round construction experience in civils/groundworks, concrete, structures, faade&internals to oversee&coordinate subcontractors in each of these areas. This phase of the project will have over 100 units with a mix of houses&apartments, it starts in the next 2 months&will have a duration of 18 months. This is a great opportunity as overall there's potentially 3/5 years work on this project over 2/3 phases. Requirements Trade Background or Construction related Degree Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Site Manager with a Developer or Main Contractor Previous Experience on large scale Residential projects is desirable Manage the civils/groundworks, drainage, along with the structure, concrete works, faade,&oversee the Finishing on Internal works Manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site Ability to multitask and prioritise workload Benefits Competitive Salary - up to€90k basic DOE Car allowance or fully expensed company vehicle Bonus 10/15% Life Cover Professional Subscriptions cover Income Protection/Sickness BenefitTLNT1_IJ
