The Deputy General Manager will report to and support the General Manager in leading the daily operations of the hotel while motivating and guiding the team. Directly lead the heads of departments. Ensure that all staff are consistently motivated and engaged to deliver exceptional service. Oversee succession planning by leading the development and continuous learning of hotel staff. Maintain the highest level of customer care within the property. Support the hotel's profitability and cost management efforts. What You Will Need: Experience in a Deputy or Operations Manager role within a large hotel. Experience in people leadership and motivation. Strong commercial awareness and experience in managing KPIs, targets, costs and revenues. Proven ability to develop and nurture talented employees. Strong communication skills, with comfort in contributing to the overall hotel strategy. Ability to develop and build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
