Site Engineer, Dublin

Job Title: Site Engineer Location: Dublin Salary: DOE Osborne Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client in the search for an experienced Site Engineer to join their growing construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work on a range of high-quality building projects while progressing their career within a well-established organisation. Key Responsibilities Carry out setting out, levelling, and quality control duties on-site. Monitor concrete quality through cube sampling, slump testing, and related procedures. Inspect shuttering, reinforcement steel, and dimensions prior to concrete pours. Maintain accurate materials reconciliation records and site documentation. Keep detailed records of daily site activities, including maintaining site diaries and uploading relevant information to the document management system (DMS). Supervise directly employed staff and subcontractors across various stages of the construction process. Ensure all work is completed in line with company health&safety, environmental, and quality standards. Support the site management team in the successful delivery of projects on time and to specification. Requirements Degree or qualification in Engineering or a related construction discipline. Minimum of 23 years experience working with a building contractor. Strong knowledge of surveying instruments and site engineering equipment. Excellent IT and reporting skills. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and organised approach to work.
