Senior HR Business Partner, Dublin

Senior HR Business Partner Sanderson is partnering with its global client to place an experienced Senior HR Business Partner for a 12 month fixed term contract. Core Duties: Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures and employment legislation Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and performance management Lead complex employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary, grievance and absence management processes Support change initiatives including restructures and operational transformation Manage the HR Operations team, ensuring effective delivery across the employee lifecycle Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of HR processes and systems Analyse people data to provide actionable business insights Lead and support union negotiations, including pay agreements, collective bargaining and broader industrial relations matters Skills&Experience: 8+ years HR experience, including Strategic HRBP exposure Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation Experience managing complex employee relations cases Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, influencing and analytical skills Third-level qualification in HR or related discipline (CIPD desirable) Experience supporting operational or warehouse environments would be beneficial Skills: HR Business Partner Senior HR Business Partner Senior People PartnerTLNT1_IJ
