Senior Wealth Manager, Dublin

Job Description Our client, a burgeoning independent wealth manager, is seeking to hire an influential wealth professional with experience in the Irish market and with an eye for a rewarding new challenge in their career. This will be a very impactful hire as the business grows and develops rapidly in the independent wealth management space. Key responsibilities will include: Developing and managing strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their unique financial goals to provide personalised independent financial planning and investment advice. Conducting financial assessments for clients, including risk analysis, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax optimization. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with target clients. Demonstrating a strong ability to manage relationships, achieve revenue targets and build the client base by making new connections and leveraging existing networks. Providing expert advice on a range of investment products and services, ensuring optimal portfolio performance. Monitoring investment portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with clients' objectives and market conditions. Requirements for this Role The successful candidate will likely have the following background: Certified Financial Planning (CFP) qualification. 8+ years experience in providing financial advice to high-net-worth individuals. Proven track record of successful sales and business development with an extensive network in the wealth management industry. In-depth knowledge of financial planning, investment products and wealth management strategies. About Our Client A well-capitalised independent wealth management firm.
