Job Description Location: Dunboyne Castle Hotel&Spa, Maynooth Road
Join our fabulous team at Dunboyne Castle Hotel&Spa as a Breakfast Chef. The Breakfast Chef is an exciting role that aims to ensure all our guests have a wonderful experience and enjoy excellent food.
Responsibilities
Work along side our team of chefs to ensure the overall smooth running of the kitchen.
Work as part of a team to deliver quality service.
Take direction from department managers and assist in the monitoring of food quality and hygiene standards.
Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
Requirements The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a busy kitchen. The ideal candidate must be available to work a mixture of morning and evening shifts and public holidays.
