Job Role: Beef Farm Manager

Location: Louth/Meath Area, The Farm

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Beef Farm Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a large beef finishing unit. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to manage a well-established operation and play a key role in maintaining high standards of animal performance and farm efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily management of a beef finishing enterprise.

Ensure high standards of stockmanship and animal welfare at all times.

Manage feeding regimes, including operating a diet feeder.

Monitor animal performance, health, and weight gain.

Carry out routine husbandry tasks.

Operate farm machinery, including tractors and loaders.

Maintain farm facilities and equipment.

Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Take full responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the unit.

Applicant Requirements

Strong stockmanship and husbandry skills.

Experience operating diet feeders, tractors, and loaders.

Ability to work independently and take sole responsibility for the unit.

Good organisational and problem‑solving skills.

Full, clean Irish driving licence.
