Coffee Shop Manager, Clanbrassil Street

Overview The District is a community-focused coffee shop and gathering space in Dorr. We’re looking for a Coffee Shop Manager&Community Lead who loves people, enjoys being part of a team, and is excited to help care for both the daily flow of the shop and the relationships that make it special.

This role is hands-on and relational. You’ll spend time working on bar as a barista, supporting the team, and helping coordinate community events and outreach.

What You’ll Do

Work regular shifts on bar as a barista

Support day-to-day coffee shop operations

Help lead and encourage the barista team

Assist with opening, closing, and shift flow

Help keep standards for quality, cleanliness, and hospitality

Support community outreach and help coordinate events

Be a welcoming, steady presence for customers and staff
