Flexsource NI part of Cpl Jobs, are delighted to be recruiting for our client with a facility in the Monaghan area who are looking for a Stock Office Supervisor for a Fixed term contract for 1 year. 

Duties include;

As the Stock Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the stock team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the Management Team, and updating the company’s weekly scorecard. You will provide weekly stock information, including Labour Management Standards (LMS) and ad hoc customer analysis, while ensuring that customer stocks are accurately processed by the Stock Office Team.

You will manage all Stock Office queries, ensuring they are resolved promptly and accurately to foster strong customer relationships. Liaising with the Operations Team, you will ensure that stock is received, stored, and dispatched according to customer requirements. Any issues will be escalated to the Operations Manager as necessary.

Additionally, you will oversee all aspects of the Stock Office Team, including scheduling,

shift patterns, attendance, payroll reporting, timekeeping, and performance

management. You will coach and mentor the team, ensuring cross-training,

development, and succession planning, while maintaining a comprehensive

training matrix and developing process flows for all Stock Office tasks.

Essential Criteria

Previous Stock Management experience in Food and/or Warehousing environmentProven track record of managing a teamDemonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationshipsExcellent IT skills

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. 1 in 3 Saturdays - day give in lieu (40 hours per week)

Salary €42, pa

1 year Fixed Term contract.

 Location: Co Monaghan
