This is a varied and hands-on role where youll work closely with OMC directors, residents, homeowners, and contractors to ensure communities are well managed and maintained. Salary&Benefits€50,000 €65,000 DOE Travel expenses covered Generous annual leave Sick pay and on-site parking Supportive and collaborative team environment Career progression opportunities Strong support from management, finance, and communications teams Requirements: PSRA D Licence (essential) 3+ years experience managing OMCs Full driving licence and access to an insured vehicle Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of residential apartment developments Act as the main point of contact for OMC directors Prepare and manage service charge budgets and sinking funds Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and maintenance works Work closely with the communications team on resident updates and surveys Ensure projects and works are completed to a high standard Manage administrative and financial tasks using Blockman or similar systems Prepare Directors Reports using company templates Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable managing budgets, reports, and property systems Organised, professional, and dependable Able to manage workloads and priorities effectively Confident problem solver with a proactive approach Positive attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure If you would like to hear more regarding this position, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Leanne Thornton or call Leanne on .
