Job Title: Foreman Location: Drogheda (Co. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise daily site operations across multiple subcontractors and trades Ensure all works are completed in line with programme, quality, and safety standards Drive productivity and maintain strong progress across housing units and infrastructure works Monitor workmanship and ensure high-quality finishes throughout the project Conduct regular site inspections and proactively address any issues or delays Maintain strong health&safety standards and ensure site compliance at all times Work closely with Site Management, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery Assist with planning short-term site activities and sequencing of works Manage labour allocation and materials coordination on site Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications Support the successful delivery of residential units from groundworks through to handover Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as a Foreman, preferably on residential construction projects Strong background working on housing developments, apartments, or large-scale residential schemes Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing and site coordination Strong understanding of health&safety regulations and quality standards Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme targets Strong communication and leadership skills Trades background or construction-related qualification beneficial To Apply: Click Apply or send your updated CV to confidentially.
