About the job #10610 Partner Manager - Acquisition, 55-65k DOE, Commission We are looking to recruit for a Partner Manager for our well establishclient in the Financial industry.We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and target driven Partner Manager to join an expanding team based in our customer's offices in Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin.The base salary for this role is 55K - 65K DOE with Uncapped commission.

Responsibilities:

Identify&qualify prospective ISV, Referral&Reseller Partner Opportunities

Build and Maintain a pipeline of potential partners

Establishes productive, professional relationships with key decision makers and influencers within a potential partner businesses included MD, CEO, CTO, COO, Senior Developers

Manage partner sales cycle to ensure delivery of expected new partner volumes

Present and negotiate commercial agreements in line with our commercial guidelines

Agree the go-to-market plan / strategy to ensure successful pilot and ongoing partnerships with prospective targets.

Coordinate the involvement of the wider team, including technical support to ensure any integration or technical requirements or objectives or the partners are met

Work with Legal and Commercial stakeholders to negotiate Partner Contracts

Deputise as needed for the Head of Commercial Partnerships.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales in a B2B sales environment.

Proven experience in driving commercial opportunities from lead generation to closure, effectively negotiating agreements and building long-lasting partnerships

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for taking risks and working of own initiative to deliver from ideation to Go-To-Market.

Strong IT skills with knowledge of MS Office, in-house databases, the Internet and able to analyse information.

Ability to navigate fast paced, dynamic environments with changing requirements.

Confident, self-motivated, competitive and assertive with excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal.
