We’re seeking a versatile Business Systems Analyst with proven project management capabilities to help drive strategic initiatives from concept to completion. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Gather, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis

Evaluate current processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in the current financial collections and distribution applications

Develop process maps, workflows, and documentation to support solution design

Partner with technical teams and internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively

Define requirements for system improvements or new solutions, including customer-facing interfaces

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource needs

Track progress, manage risks, and escate issues when needed

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goal

Required Skills, Professional, and Technical Expertise

Ability to understand business needs of key stakeholders

Ability to work independently

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Proactive and structured in problem solving

Proficient in data visualization

Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

Up-to-date knowledge of technology applications including:

MS Excel (Expert level proficiency, incl. VBA, Macros etc.)

CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus)

Database management tools and software, incl SQL

Web portal design or administration

Education and Experience

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum 5 years work experience

Experience in leading systems implementation projects from requirements to delivery
