As a Deli Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our deli department and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Role includes:

Manage and lead a team of deli staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations

Responsible for food preparation, ensuring quality and freshness of all deli products

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment

Interact with customers, take orders, and address any inquiries or concerns in a professional manner

Train new employees on deli procedures, recipes, and customer service standards
