Responsibilities

Deliver an outstanding, personalized customer experience (product application, demonstrations on hand and face etc.)

Recommend individualized skincare routines based on customers’ needs and lifestyle

Achieve sales targets and KPIs

Conduct product demonstrations and provide skincare consultations

Participate in brand trainings and educational programs

Represent the store’s exclusive appearance and the brand’s image

Support promotions, events, and product launches

Monitor stock and support the daily operations of the store

Qualifications

At least 1 year of retail experience

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

Experience in a luxury or cosmetic environment

Confident in building relationships with customers

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 1-year related beauty working experience. NVQ Level 2

Experience with a cosmetic or skincare brand

Sales experience in a luxury retail environment
