The Role You will take full ownership of residential construction projects from pre‑construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard. Working closely with Directors, design teams, site teams, and subcontractors, you will play a key role in driving programme delivery, quality, commercial performance, andclient satisfaction across multiple phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the successful delivery of residential construction projects

Manage site teams, design teams, subcontractors, and project coordination

Develop and manage construction programmes to ensure projects are delivered on time

Chair progress meetings and provide clear reporting on project performance

Coordinate design information and resolve technical issues efficiently

Support procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and subcontract packages

Ensure all EHS&Q standards and procedures are maintained

Assist with commercial management and value engineering opportunities

Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery

Report directly to senior management and Directors

Ensure compliance with current contract forms and project requirements

Candidate Requirements

5-7+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role with a Main Contractor

Strong residential and apartment project experience is essential

Degree qualified in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline

Proven track record delivering projects successfully and on schedule

Excellent knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and trades

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Technically strong with excellent attention to detailGood IT skills including Microsoft Office

AutoCAD / BIM knowledge beneficial but not essential

Full clean European driving licence and own transport required
