Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to people living with dementia, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.

Delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met with professionalism and empathy.

Working collaboratively with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on person-centred care.

Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards challenges and opportunities in dementia care.

Requirements

Nursing Qualifications (Essential)

Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (Essential)

Previous experience in care of the elderly

Candidates must possess the requisite leadership, managerial and administrative knowledge and ability for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
