Project Manager (Construction), Swords

Project Manager (Construction) Project Manager required for a leading Main Contractor to look after several Residential and Warehouse projects in the Swords, Dublin.

Duties

Oversee the successful completion of multiple construction projects, taking full responsibility.

Establish and maintain systems to monitor, review, and control budgeted or agreed-upon expenditures.

Implement the Company’s Cost&Value Management procedures, ensuring all necessary commercial reports are produced accurately and promptly for senior management.

Collaborate closely with Directors and Site Managers to support and recommend strategies, identify potential risks or issues, and find suitable resolutions.

Prepare and distribute monthly progress reports for Senior Management.

Requirements

3rd Level Degree

Over 10 years of experience with main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Currently working in a multi-project contracts manager role.

Package

Basic salary€110k - €120k DOE
