Production Supervisor (Evening Shift), Galway

Our client is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate

evening shift

operations within a fast-paced electronic manufacturing environment operating to ISO 13485 standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise production operatives and ensure production targets and KPIs are achieved.

Act as the main point of contact for all production, quality, health&safety, and facility matters during shift.

Coordinate workflow, scheduling, and effective shift handovers.

Lead, motivate, and develop a high performing production team.

Ensure all SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards are followed.

Support training, cross‑training, and performance management activities.

Participate in continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.

Maintain strong health&safety and ESG standards.

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.

Education and Experience

4–5 years’ production supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong people management and leadership skills.

Experience working in electronics manufacturing or cable assembly highly desirable.

Lean manufacturing experience advantageous.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement.

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.

Flexible, hands‑on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
