The Role

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy complex software modulesTake full ownership of features with a focus on quality, performance, and securityParticipate in architectural and design discussionsReview code and ensure adherence to best practices and standardsCollaborate with product managers, QA, and engineering teamsContribute to CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery processesMentor junior developers and support team developmentIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvementPropose innovative solutions to technical and business challenges

Required Experience & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field4+ years of experience in enterprise software development (full-stack)Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns (. SOLID principles)Experience with front-end frameworks (. Angular) and back-end technologies (. C#/.NET)Solid understanding of relational databases (preferably SQL Server), data modelling, and storageExperience working in Agile environments (Scrum, XP, Continuous Delivery)Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to take ownership and drive solutions independently
