Head Bartender, Galway

The 4 star Ardilaun Hotel is currently seeking an experienced bartender to join the team. To be considered for this role, you should be available to work various shifts, including weekends.

A keen interest in mixology, spirits, wine & craft beers is a must.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests.
• Preparing and serving drinks and cocktails to the highest standard with personality and flair.
• Assist in the development of the beverage offering within the hotel.
• Provide an excellent customer service that anticipates individual guest needs.
• Provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
• Ensure the bar service area is clean and tidy, during and after service.
• To be a salesperson and go beyond the general level of service expected.
• To maintain the front and back of house areas to a very high standard of presentation.
• To attend to tables.
• Barista Work.
