About Your New Job As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring production equipment runs efficiently and downtime is kept to a minimum in a high‑volume food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on food processing and packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Respond quickly to breakdowns and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults on production lines.

Support production teams with machine set‑ups, changeovers, and day‑to‑day technical problem‑solving to minimise downtime.

Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in line with strict food safety, hygiene, quality, and health&safety standards.

What Skills You Need

Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault‑finding and troubleshooting ability.

Experience in food, pharma, or FMCG environments is an advantage.

Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented production setting.

Proactive, hands‑on approach with strong communication skills.
