Customer Service Manager | Co. Roscommon | Hybrid What You Need to Know: A leading organisation in Co. Roscommon is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee the daily operations and performance of the customer service function. This hybrid role requires strong leadership capability, excellent organisational skills, and confidence working with CRM systems to support case management, reporting, and overall service delivery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain and update customer records in line with GDPR requirements

Provide data analysis and reporting while maintaining the CRM system

Manage customer invoicing and credit notes

Support cross‑training for the customer service team

Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements:

3–5 years’ customer service team lead or management experience

Proven ability to manage, lead, delegate, and support team development

Proficient in CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce desirable) and MS Office

Strong customer focus with experience handling queries and complaints

Strategic, solutions-focused mindset with experience driving continuous improvement
