Finishing Foreman, Galway

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a leading main contractor delivering high-value construction projects across Ireland and the UK. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site finishing activities and subcontractors. Ensure all works are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. Maintain compliance with Health&Safety procedures, RAMS, and site regulations. Monitor quality control, inspections, QA/QC processes, and site documentation. Coordinate logistics, welfare facilities, and general site upkeep. Track progress against programme and report delays or issues. Liaise with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and statutory authorities. Maintain accurate daily records, labour reports, and site diaries. Requirements Construction-related degree or qualification. 510+ years experience with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK. Experience working on projects valued at€10m+.
