A fantastic opportunity to join the Food & Beverage Team at The Connemara Coast Hotel as a Bartender.

About The Connemara Coast

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, spirits, and draught beer to a high standard
• Provide a friendly, engaging, and professional service to all guests
• Take accurate orders and ensure prompt service at the bar and in surrounding areas
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar at all times
• Ensure all hygiene, food safety, and licensing regulations are strictly followed
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
• Upsell and promote bar products to enhance the guest experience and maximise revenue
• Monitor stock levels and communicate any shortages to management
• Ensure all tabs, bills, and orders are correctly recorded and settled before end of shift
• Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure a seamless guest experience

About The Role

Requirements

• A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service
• Previous bar experience is desirable (cocktail experience an advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and team-focused approach
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
