Job requirements CompTIA or higher qualification in an IT discipline (degree welcome) Proven experience in a customer‑facing IT support or field role Strong Microsoft Desktop OS knowledge (domain environments) Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills Full, clean Irish/EU driving licenceFlexibility for out‑of‑hours cover on a rostered basis
