The Role

Grow and develop salon partnerships across the region. Galway, Mayo, Sligo to Offaly

Identify and win new business opportunities, as well as strengthen existing accounts.

Work collaboratively with salon owners to build business plans, marketing activities, events, and education programmes.

Manage your own territory with autonomy, planning and executing an effective journey plan.

Handle orders, reporting, and account administration accurately.

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales or account management experience (hair, beauty, luxury retail, consumer products or similar).

Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive approach to developing new business.

Organised, self-motivated, and confident, engaging with salon owners and managers.

Passion for the hair&beauty sector and a track record of delivering results.

A valid driving licence (field-based role).
