What You'll Do:

Create delicious, high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts. Innovate with fresh, seasonal ingredients and exciting new recipes. Lead the pastry section, ensuring top-notch quality and hygiene. Collaborate with the Head Chef for flawless service and consistency. Mentor and inspire junior pastry staff.Maintain strict food safety and health standards.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of pastry experience in a professional kitchen (fine dining or hotels preferred). A flair for pastry perfection and a keen eye for detail. Thrive under pressure and work seamlessly with a team. Eligible to work in Ireland.
