Chef de Partie required for The Barn Gastropub/Restaurant in Glanmire Cork T45 X684. Duties include: Creating, cooking and presenting a range of international cuisine. Maintain and adhere to the highest quality standards. Knowledge of HACCP or equivalent. Evidence of chef training and experience as a chef de Party Good command of English essential.
