Associate Advisor– Financial Planning South Leinster

We are partnering with a well-established and growing professional services firm to recruit an Associate Advisor to join their Financial Planning team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated financial services professional to work closely with Partners and specialist teams, delivering high-quality advice and long-term financial planning solutions to a diverse client base. With offices across the country, you'll be based in the one most convenient to your location.

Key Responsibilities

Provide tailored financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, and savings

Develop and manage relationships with both new and existing clients

Support business development initiatives and contribute to growing the client portfolio

Work closely with senior advisors and local teams to assess and respond to client needs

Maintain a high standard of compliance and regulatory adherence

Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the financial planning team

Required

QFA qualified (essential)

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in financial services, with a focus on client-facing advisory

Strong understanding of financial planning products and regulatory requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Client-focused with a strong service ethic

Commercially aware with an interest in business development

Proactive, motivated, and keen to develop professionally

A collaborative team player with high levels of integrity
