About the Role Based at our Head Office in Swords, Co. Dublin, and reporting to the Facilities Manager, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Technical Coordinator to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development and success of our business in Ireland and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a hands‑on coordinator, supporting staff and remote teams in executing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive work order requests via our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Ensure timely completion of all work orders within agreed parameters.
Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), escalating issues to the Facilities Manager as required.
Review and approve subcontractor invoices, verifying completed works through reports and service dockets.
Ensure all service inspections are conducted thoroughly, documented accurately, and completed efficiently.
Coordinate all contractor activities on‑site, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place prior to commencement of works.
Ensure consistent compliance with the company’s Health, Safety, and Quality policies and procedures.
Manage and maintain the asset register effectively.
Candidate Profile
A strong team player with the ability to build rapport and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and suppliers at all levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
Hardworking, conscientious, and self‑motivated, with a positive and resilient attitude.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
Capable of working under pressure and achieving results in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience coordinating both hard and soft facilities services.
Strong knowledge and understanding of statutory obligations and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in problem‑solving, root cause analysis, and managing investigations, including corrective and preventive actions.
Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs and maintain positive client relationships.
Experience managing people and leading teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
A qualification in Facilities Management or a related business/technical field is desirable.
Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Additional Information This is a permanent contract subject to a six‑month probationary period. The successful candidate will have to attend a company induction day in Dublin City Centre.
