About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Controller to join our team in our Pest Control Division at our Headquarters in Rathcoole. This is a fast-paced, office-based role responsible for coordinating service activities, managing schedules, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule service calls and appointments efficiently
• Coordinate daily service activities to ensure timely delivery
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, handling queries via phone and email
• Manage client requests, including visit scheduling and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all service data is up to date

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in planning or scheduling roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
• Strong communication skills with fluent English
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of Irish geography
• Experience in a similar service coordination role
