Senior Project Manager, Kilkenny

Your New Job: In this role, you’ll be managing and supervising mechanical and/or electrical installations across various projects. You'll collaborate closely with design teams, clients, and contractors to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and supervise mechanical and/or electrical installations on site

Coordinate regularly with design departments to keep project drawings and specs up to date

Liaise with clients, project teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery

Monitor site works, attend meetings, and resolve issues as they arise

Review and sign off on technical submissions, method statements, and plant materials

Prepare inspection plans and track compliance with building regulations

Provide guidance on cost reduction and value engineering

Lead handover processes and review safety documentation

What Are We Looking For?

Level 6 Advanced Craft Certification (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical field

3+ years’ experience managing mechanical and/or electrical installations

Strong understanding of building services systems

Familiarity with relevant regulations and health&safety standards

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sites

Proactive and self-motivated approach
